has a speech on monday on foreign policy and i think that ryan could follow-up on some of those themes. >> okay, jake? >> i absolutely agree. i think it's libya, we've got congressional hearings coming out next week, the governor has a speech at the virginia military institute on monday and i think there's going to be a lot of foreign policy and a lot of things that come out between now and the debate on libya and the coverup and what's been going on there. >> okay, alice? >> i agree. while the economy is the ryan's strength i think that foreign policy is going to take center space during the the speech on monday, but it's critical he's able to point out the fact that the obama administration believes that strength is a vulnerability as opposed to weakness. i think that he needs to point that out and that we can achieve peace through strength and everything that's happened after libya as a result, the inability to come to truth. this was a terror attack and those are things that ryan needs to highlight and that's going to resonate with the people. >> it's going to be a fascinating deba
